A New National Board, A New Vision

In May 2025, during the General Convention of the Polish Canadian Women’s Federation (PCWF), a new National Board was elected. From the very beginning of its term, the new leadership has embraced an ambitious agenda and has been working diligently to bring its vision to life.

The Board’s key priorities include strengthening and growing the organization, increasing its visibility, implementing modern solutions, and updating the Federation’s governing documents. Another important focus is the organization and preservation of the Federation’s archives, the digitization of historical materials, and the promotion of the PCWF’s remarkable 70-year legacy.

The National Board meets monthly to discuss strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. These productive meetings continue to shape a clear vision for the Federation’s future and support the implementation of innovative approaches that will help ensure its continued growth and relevance.

While there is much work ahead, there is also tremendous opportunity. Guided by a shared commitment to service, leadership, and the preservation of Polish heritage in Canada, the Board is dedicated to building a strong foundation for future generations.
